Baked Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 pkg frozen broccoli
- 1 can celery soup
- 12 c milk
- 1 2 oz jar pimientos chopped
- 1 4 oz can sliced water chestnuts
- 12 c bread crumbs fine
- 2 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Cook broccoli in small amount of water and drain then cut up Mix the soup with milk and heat until it boils
- Stir in the pimiento and water chestnuts
- Arrange broccoli in buttered shallow baking dish and pour soup mixture over broccoli Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
