Baked Broccoli-Corn
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 23 c mayo
- 10 34 oz can mushroom soup
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 c grated cheese
- 12 c Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 2 Tbsp melted margarine
Directions
- Cook chopped broccoli drain well
- Whisk egg slightly add mayo and soup then whisk to blend
- Stir in cooked broccoli onion corn and cheese
- Turn into oblong 1 12-quart baking dish Sprinkle with stuffing
- Pour margarine over stuffing
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
