Baked Butternut Squash
Ingredients
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c melted butter
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Skin and seed squash
- Cut into 1-inch cubes
- Sprinkle cinnamon nutmeg and sugar over squash
- Combine butter and lemon juice and drizzle over all Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes
