Baked Catfish

Ingredients

• 2 lb catfish nuggets or 3 whole catfish
• 1 large lemon
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tsp parsley
• 14 c butter
• pinch of salt and pepper
• 1 c water

Directions

1. Wash fish
2. In baking dish add lemon juice bay leaf parsley fish butter salt pepper and water
3. Bake 30 minutes in 350 oven
4. Serve with rice and buttered spinach
