Baked Cheese Garlic Grits

Ingredients
- 1 c white hominy quick grits
- 1 12 c shredded sharp cheese
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 12 c milk
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 small garlic clove crushed
Directions
- Prepare grits in boiling salt water
- Stir in cheese butter or margarine milk eggs and garlic
- Cook over low heat until cheese is melted
- Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour
