Baked Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 3 c. milk
• 1 tsp. mustard
• bread
• cheese slices

Directions

1. Make 4 cheese sandwiches (with 2 slices of American cheese in each sandwich).
2. Remove crusts and arrange in baking dish.
3. Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard and pour over sandwiches.
4. Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
