Baked Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts skinned
- 1 12 c skim milk
- 1 12 c corn flakes crumbled
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp thyme or parsley flakes
- dash of poultry seasoning
Directions
- Mix thyme or parsley with pepper and corn flake crumbs
- Dip chicken in milk and then in crumb mixture
- Place chicken in baking dish that has been lightly oiled with olive oil
- Bake covered 50 to 55 minutes at 400
- Serves 6
- Is low in sodium and fat
