Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts split
- 12 c butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 c raw rice
- 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
Directions
- Dip the chicken pieces in melted butter or brush with butter and season with salt and pepper
- Mix rice with soups and spread in a shallow buttered casserole
- Top with chicken breasts and bake at 300 for 2 hours
