Baked Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts skinned and boned
- 14 c dry white wine
- 1 c herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 14 c melted butter
Directions
- Arrange chicken pieces in lightly buttered baking dish
- Top with sliced cheese
- Combine soup and wine
- Spoon sauce over chicken
- Sprinkle with stuffing mix
- Drizzle butter over crumbs Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes
