Baked Chicken In Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 3 c cooked boned chicken preferably chicken breasts
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 23 c chicken broth
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
- 12 c almonds optional
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 pkg Ritz crackers
- 12 stick oleo
Directions
- Place chicken in greased flat 2-quart casserole dish
- Mix soup sour cream broth water chestnuts and almonds
- Heat and pour over chicken
- Top with cracker crumbs which have been tossed in oleo
- Bake at 375 until crackers are browned
