Baked Chicken Reuben

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts halved and boned
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 16 oz can sauerkraut drained
- 4 slices 4 x 6-inches natural Swiss cheese halved
- 1 14 c Thousand Island dressing
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
- In greased baking pan place chicken
- Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with cheese
- Pour dressing evenly over cheese Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 12 hours or fork-tender Serves 4
