Baked Chicken Reuben
Ingredients
- 1 lb sauerkraut well drained
- 4 whole chicken breasts halved and boned season to taste
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 14 c Thousand Island dressing
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
- Place chicken in buttered baking pan place sauerkraut over chicken
- Top with cheese
- Pour dressing evenly over cheese Cover with foil
- Bake at 325 about 1 hour
- Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley
- Serve over white rice
