Baked Chicken Rice And Cream Of Mushroom
Ingredients
- 2 fryer chickens cut up
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp poultry seasoning
- 34 c rice
- 1 can condensed chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large onion cut up
Directions
- Cut fryers up in small pieces sprinkle seasoned salt black pepper and garlic powder
- Sprinkle or shake all ingredients in a bag with chicken
- Put in a 9-inch oblong pan with soups rice and onion
- Cover and cook at 300 for 1 hour or until good and done Serves 6 to 8
