Baked Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 c thinly sliced celery
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 12 c sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 c cubed cooked chicken
- 12 c slivered almonds
- 12 c sliced mushrooms
- 14 c crushed potato chips
Directions
- In a large skillet cook the margarine celery and onion over medium heat until tender
- Remove from heat
- Stir in next 5 ingredients until well blended
- Add chicken almonds and mushrooms
- Toss to coat well
- Spoon into 1 12-quart casserole Sprinkle with potato chips
- Bake in a 325 oven for 25 to 30 minutes
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
