Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 1 Tbsp butter or oleo
- 12 c canned chopped tomatoes with liquid
- 12 c finely chopped celery
- 12 Tbsp soy sauce
- 12 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Wash the chicken wings and pat dry
- In skillet saute chicken wings in melted butter until lightly browned
- Arrange in oiled baking dish
- Add tomatoes with liquid and celery
- In separate bowl mix together soy sauce vinegar and salt
- Pour over chicken
- Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until tender Serves 4
- May be doubled to serve 8
