Baked Chicken With Rice Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 chicken
• 1 c chopped celery
• 1 12 c Minute rice
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 medium onion diced
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix onion celery and rice
2. Mix mushroom soup with 1 12 cans water
3. Add onion mixture to soup and put in casserole dish with chicken whole or cut into pieces
4. Bake in a 350 oven until chicken is done
5. Salt and pepper to taste
