Baked Corn

Ingredients

• 1 can cream-style corn
• 1 can Niblets corn drained
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 8 oz sour cream
• 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

1. Melt margarine
2. Add corn sour cream and Jiffy corn muffin mix
3. Mix good and bake in a greased casserole
4. Salt and pepper to taste
5. Bake at 350 until top is lightly brown
