Baked Corn
Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can Niblets corn drained
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions
- Melt margarine
- Add corn sour cream and Jiffy corn muffin mix
- Mix good and bake in a greased casserole
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bake at 350 until top is lightly brown
