Baked Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c melted butter slightly cooled
  • 1 8 12 oz corn bread mix
  • 1 16 oz can cream-style corn
  • 1 16 oz can yellow corn drained
  • 1 c sour cream

Directions

  1. Butter a casserole dish
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then pour into baking dish and smooth over on top
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until crusty on top and a knife will come out clean
  4. Let cool a little before serving
