Baked Cornish Hen With Honey Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 Cornish hens
- salt and pepper
- 12 c honey
- 12 c white wine Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Wash hens and remove giblets to use for gravy or stuffing Season hens inside and out with salt and pepper
- Place in roasting pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Mix honey and Worcestershire sauce together
- After the first 30 minutes baste hens every 10 minutes with mixture
