Baked Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • approximately 8 to 10 medium to large potatoes
  • 12 stick margarine softened
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Peel dice and boil potatoes until tender
  2. Mash potatoes then add margarine cream cheese sour cream salt and pepper Mix until smooth and well blended
  3. Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 400 until lightly brown
  4. Serve
