Baked Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients
- approximately 8 to 10 medium to large potatoes
- 12 stick margarine softened
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 pt sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel dice and boil potatoes until tender
- Mash potatoes then add margarine cream cheese sour cream salt and pepper Mix until smooth and well blended
- Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 400 until lightly brown
- Serve
