Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 servings bass or Walleye fillet
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 Tbsp A1 sauce
  • 10 to 15 Ritz crackers
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Directions

  1. Clean and dry fish
  2. Mix eggs and A1 sauce
  3. Marinate fish in sauce 10 minutes
  4. Crush crackers fine and coat fish
  5. Place fish fillets on oiled heavy foil
  6. Bake 8 minutes at 400
  7. Turn on broiler and broil fish 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned and fish are done
