Baked Fish

Ingredients
- French Dressing
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 34 c cracker crumbs
- 12 c chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 lb fish fillets
Directions
- Dip fish in dressing
- Melt margarine in flat pan
- Pour part off to be used later
- Roll fish in cracker crumbs and put single layer in pan
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and then chopped onion Pour remaining margarine over fish
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes May be placed under broiler very briefly after baked for a crisper coating
