Baked Fish

Ingredients
- 3 or 4 servings bass or Walleye fillet
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 Tbsp A1 sauce
- 10 to 15 Ritz crackers
- 2 Tbsp oil
Directions
- Clean and dry fish
- Mix eggs and A1 sauce
- Marinate fish in sauce 10 minutes
- Crush crackers fine and coat fish
- Place fish fillets on oiled heavy foil
- Bake 8 minutes at 400
- Turn on broiler and broil fish 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned and fish are done
