Baked Fish Fillets

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions
- Cut
- fillets
- into serving pieces and place in greased, shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Blend in flour, dash of salt and
- pepper
- and milk.
- Cook and stir until thick.
- Pour over fish
- and sprinkle crumbs over all.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
- Makes 3 or 4 servings.
