Baked Flounder With Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 14 c chopped onion
- 1 c mushrooms chopped
- 14 c margarine
- 8 pieces flounder
- 34 c bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- butter
- paprika
Directions
- Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine
- Add bread crumbs and parsley
- Place mixture on floured pieces and roll
- Use a toothpick to hold together
- Place in a shallow baking pan seam side down and brush with butter and paprika
- Bake at 400 for 25 to 35 minutes
