Baked Fudge

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c butter melted
- 12 c cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c sugar
- 12 c flour
- 1 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Cream eggs and sugar
- Add melted butter
- Sift flour and cocoa together and add to mixture
- Add nuts and vanilla
- Pour into 9 x 12-inch greased pan
- Set in a pan of hot water and bake at 325 for 45 minutes to one hour or until crusty on top and soft inside Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and garnish with maraschino cherry
- Serves 8 to 12
