Baked Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c butter melted
  • 12 c cocoa
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c sugar
  • 12 c flour
  • 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Cream eggs and sugar
  2. Add melted butter
  3. Sift flour and cocoa together and add to mixture
  4. Add nuts and vanilla
  5. Pour into 9 x 12-inch greased pan
  6. Set in a pan of hot water and bake at 325 for 45 minutes to one hour or until crusty on top and soft inside Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and garnish with maraschino cherry
  7. Serves 8 to 12
