Baked Fudge Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 14 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 1 c margarine
  • 2 heaping Tbsp cocoa

Directions

  1. Put margarine and cocoa in saucepan and melt over low heat Cool slightly
  2. Add sugar flour eggs and vanilla
  3. Beat with electric mixer until creamy
  4. Add nuts stir thoroughly
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 10-inch baking dish
  6. Bake 45 minutes at 325
