Baked Grits
Ingredients
- 1 c grits
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 lb Cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 eggs well beaten
- paprika
- crushed red pepper
Directions
- Cook grits as directed
- When well done add margarine cheese and eggs
- Sprinkle paprika and crushed red pepper on top
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 in a loaf pan
- Cool and serve
