Baked Ham And Eggs

Ingredients

• 6 to 7 slices dried bread cubes
• 1 12 c diced ham
• 12 lb cubed cheese 1 c
• 12 c butter
• 3 eggs
• 2 c milk
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp dry mustard
• chopped chives

Directions

1. Mix bread and ham in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan
2. Cover with cheese
3. Mix other ingredients except chives
4. Pour over cheese and bread mixture
5. Refrigerate overnight
6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
7. Top with chives serve
