Baked Ham Slice-Sauterne

Ingredients

  • 2 lb sliced ham left from baked ham
  • 12 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 12 c water
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 12 c raisins
  • 12 c white dinner wine

Directions

  1. Place ham in a shallow baking pan
  2. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan
  3. Stir in water and margarine
  4. Cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes
