Baked Hash Browns

Ingredients
- 36 oz shredded hash brown potatoes
- 12 oz sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 lb carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine melted
Directions
- Let potatoes thaw and break apart
- Mix potatoes with undiluted soup cheese sour cream and melted margarine
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 375
