Ingredients

  • 36 oz shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 12 oz sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 lb carton sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine melted

Directions

  1. Let potatoes thaw and break apart
  2. Mix potatoes with undiluted soup cheese sour cream and melted margarine
  3. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 375
