Baked Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 2 lb thawed hash browns
  • 12 c melted oleo
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 c crushed cornflakes
  • 12 c chopped onions
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery or cream of potato soup
  • 2 c grated American or Velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. Mix 14 cup oleo salt onion soup sour cream and cheese Blend well
  2. Pour over hash browns and mix
  3. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan
  4. Mix 14 cup oleo and cornflakes and pour over potato mixture Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes
