Baked Hash Browns

Ingredients
- 2 lb thawed hash browns
- 12 c melted oleo
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c crushed cornflakes
- 12 c chopped onions
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of potato soup
- 2 c grated American or Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Mix 14 cup oleo salt onion soup sour cream and cheese Blend well
- Pour over hash browns and mix
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan
- Mix 14 cup oleo and cornflakes and pour over potato mixture Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes
