Baked Lamb Chop Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 rib loin lamb chops
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 3 c sliced cucumber
• 14 tsp white pepper
• 1 c sliced onion
• 4 c sliced potatoes
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 c canned tomatoes

Directions

1. Brown chops on both sides
2. Place in greased casserole
3. Pour drippings over meat
4. Saute onion in butter until golden brown Mix onion potatoes cucumbers salt and pepper
5. Spread over chops
6. Add tomatoes
7. Cover
8. Bake at 400 for 2 hours
