Baked Lamb Chop Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 rib loin lamb chops
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 c sliced cucumber
- 14 tsp white pepper
- 1 c sliced onion
- 4 c sliced potatoes
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 c canned tomatoes
Directions
- Brown chops on both sides
- Place in greased casserole
- Pour drippings over meat
- Saute onion in butter until golden brown Mix onion potatoes cucumbers salt and pepper
- Spread over chops
- Add tomatoes
- Cover
- Bake at 400 for 2 hours
