Baked Lasagna

Ingredients
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large can tomato puree
- 12 can water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 lb lasagna
- 1 lb chopped beef
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 2 lb Ricotta cheese
- 12 lb grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Saute garlic in tablespoon of olive oil do not brown garlic Add tomato puree water salt pepper oregano and sugar
- Bring to a boil
- Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours
- Brown chopped beef add parsley season to taste and add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Simmer until all chopped beef is cooked through Set aside
- Using a 6-quart kettle boil water with 1 tablespoon salt added
- When a rolling boil starts add lasagna
- Cook according to directions on package drain and blanch with cold water
