Baked Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large can tomato puree
  • 12 can water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 lb lasagna
  • 1 lb chopped beef
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 2 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 12 lb grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Saute garlic in tablespoon of olive oil do not brown garlic Add tomato puree water salt pepper oregano and sugar
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours
  4. Brown chopped beef add parsley season to taste and add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  5. Simmer until all chopped beef is cooked through Set aside
  6. Using a 6-quart kettle boil water with 1 tablespoon salt added
  7. When a rolling boil starts add lasagna
  8. Cook according to directions on package drain and blanch with cold water
