Baked Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Vimco lasagne
  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 2 lb Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 12 c grated cheese Romano
  • 1 qt sauce

Directions

  1. Cook the lasagne and drain
  2. Brown the meat
  3. Mix the Ricotta parsley nutmeg cinnamon and eggs
  4. Alternate in baking dish Sprinkle some cheese and sauce until dish is filled Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
