Baked Lemon Haddock

Ingredients

  • 2 lb haddock fillets
  • 1 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 14 c butter or margarine melted
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 12 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Cut fish into serving size pieces
  2. Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish
  3. Combine remaining ingredients sprinkle over fish
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
  5. Makes 6 servings
