Baked Lemon Haddock
Ingredients
- 2 lb haddock fillets
- 1 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 14 c butter or margarine melted
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 12 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Cut fish into serving size pieces
- Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish
- Combine remaining ingredients sprinkle over fish
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
- Makes 6 servings
