Baked Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- large Irish potatoes
- 13 c heavy cream
- 12 tsp rosemary
- 12 tsp minced parsley
- 12 tsp sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 c melted butter
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Boil the potatoes in the skins then peel
- Mash the potatoes with cream and seasonings
- Place in the baking dish and brush with melted butter
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 450 for 20 minutes
