Baked Mostaccioli

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mostaccioli noodles cooked
  • 1 12 lb ground beef
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 14 c chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 28 oz can tomatoes cut up
  • 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 8 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 4 oz can mushrooms
  • 12 c water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp crushed basil
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 1 large bay leaf
  • 8 oz pkg shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef onion green pepper and garlic drain
  2. Add undrained tomatoes sauce paste undrained mushrooms water and all spices
  3. Bring to a boil reduce heat
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes
  5. Remove bay leaf and add cooked noodles
