Baked Mostaccioli
Ingredients
- 12 lb mostaccioli noodles
- 1 lb Ricotta cheese
- 3 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3 c bottled spaghetti sauce
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook noodles in boiling water until al dente still a little firm drain and place in a large bowl
- In a medium-sized bowl combine the Ricotta cheese and half the Mozzarella cheese add to the noodles and mix
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Cover bottom of dish with half the spaghetti sauce
- Spoon the noodle mixture over the sauce
- Cover with the remaining sauce
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining Mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes for easier serving
- Makes 8 to 10 servings
