Baked Mostaccioli
Ingredients
- 8 oz mostaccioli noodles cooked
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 12 c chopped onion
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes cut up
- 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 8 oz can tomato paste
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms
- 12 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp crushed basil
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 large bay leaf
- 8 oz pkg shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 12 c Parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Brown ground beef onion green pepper and garlic drain
- Add undrained tomatoes sauce paste undrained mushrooms water and all spices
- Bring to a boil reduce heat
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes
- Remove bay leaf and add cooked noodles
