Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

• 12 c oil
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c milk
• 3 c old fashioned oats

Directions

1. Can use 12 cup applesauce and cut the oil to 1 tablespoon
