Baked Pineapple

Ingredients

• 1 stick oleo or butter
• 1 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
• 5 slices bread cubed

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar add eggs
2. Fold in pineapple and bread cubes
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until light brown
4. Good with baked ham
