Baked Pineapple
Ingredients
- 2 12 c crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- dash of salt
- cinnamon
Directions
- Dissolve cornstarch in water
- Beat eggs until fluffy
- Fold eggs and cornstarch into pineapple
- Add salt and sugar
- Put in baking dish
- Cover mixture with cinnamon
- Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until golden brown all over
- Serve with ham like a vegetable
