Baked Pineapple Dressing
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained reserve liquid
- 5 slices cubed white bread
Directions
- Grease small casserole
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cream butter sugar and eggs one at a time
- Stir in pineapple and 12 can of the reserved pineapple juice Fold in bread cubes Bake one hour Serve with ham or chicken
