Baked Plum Tomatoes With Linguini

Ingredients

  • 10 plum ripe tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • fresh garlic
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano optional

Directions

  1. In a 13 x 9-inch glass Pyrex dish pour a layer of olive oil Cut up about 10 plum ripe tomatoes in halves
  2. Sprinkle on top lots of fresh garlic salt and pepper basil or spice and oregano optional
  3. Bake in 350 oven until the tomatoes get a little soft or to the consistency you like approximately 35 minutes It doesnt look like tomato sauce
  4. Cook up linguini and add to the Pyrex dish that the tomatoes are in
  5. Toss and serve
