Baked Plum Tomatoes With Linguini
Ingredients
- 10 plum ripe tomatoes
- olive oil
- fresh garlic
- basil
- salt
- pepper
- oregano optional
Directions
- In a 13 x 9-inch glass Pyrex dish pour a layer of olive oil Cut up about 10 plum ripe tomatoes in halves
- Sprinkle on top lots of fresh garlic salt and pepper basil or spice and oregano optional
- Bake in 350 oven until the tomatoes get a little soft or to the consistency you like approximately 35 minutes It doesnt look like tomato sauce
- Cook up linguini and add to the Pyrex dish that the tomatoes are in
- Toss and serve
