Baked Pork Chop Moana

Ingredients
- 6 thick pork chops
- 23 c sherry wine
- 14 c soy sauce
- 2 green peppers
- 6 slices canned pineapple
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 c syrup canned pineapple
Directions
- Place chops in single layer in a shallow baking pan Mix wine and soy sauce pour over chops Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or so turning 3 or 4 times Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour turning and basting occasionally
