Baked Pork Chops And Sour Cream

Ingredients
- pork chops
- 34 c water
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can onion rings
- 12 tsp ginger
- 14 tsp crushed rosemary
- 1 c sour cream
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown chops in flour salt and pepper
- Then place chops in a shallow baking dish
- Mix water soup ginger rosemary and onion rings
- Pour over chops cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or more at 350 until done
- Remove chops and mix gravy with sour cream
