Baked Pork ChopsMakes 1 To 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 loin pork chops about 34-inch thick
- 1 egg
- 14 c milk
- 12 c crushed cornflakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Wash chops and season on both sides Beat together egg and milk
- Dip chops in mixture then coat on both sides with crushed cornflakes
- Place in baking dish and bake at 350 about 45 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the juices run clear
- It is not necessary to turn chops during cooking
- Serve in sandwich or with baked potato or other vegetable
