Baked Pork ChopsMakes 1 To 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 loin pork chops about 34-inch thick
  • 1 egg
  • 14 c milk
  • 12 c crushed cornflakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Wash chops and season on both sides Beat together egg and milk
  3. Dip chops in mixture then coat on both sides with crushed cornflakes
  4. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 about 45 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the juices run clear
  5. It is not necessary to turn chops during cooking
  6. Serve in sandwich or with baked potato or other vegetable
