Baked Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes cubed
- 12 lb bacon fried and crumbled
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1 12 c Hellmanns mayonnaise
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all together well put in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered
- Stir every 20 minutes
