Baked Potato Skins
Ingredients
- 6 large baking potatoes
- 3 to 4 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
- 1 14 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 12 tsp onion salt
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
- commercial sour cream
Directions
- Scrub potatoes thoroughly and prick several times with a fork Bake at 400 for 1 to 1 14 hours or until done
- Allow to cool to touch
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise carefully scoop out pulp leaving about 14-inch thick shells
- Cut each shell into 1 inch wide strips and place on ungreased baking sheets
- Brush tops of strips with butter sprinkle with seasoning and cheese
- Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp
- Serve warm with sour cream
