Baked Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon fried and crumbled
- 6 baked potatoes peeled cooked and diced
- 4 green onions diced and sauteed
- 8 oz Velveeta
- 1 c sour cream
- 8 c milk
- 23 c butter
- 23 c flour
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients mix butter and flour together first then add to mixture after soup is hot simmer for 20 minutes
