Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 13 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 stick margarine
- 12 lb shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Wash and bake potatoes until done
- Cut open and spoon out potatoes from hulls
- Mix with salt pepper Parmesan cheese and margarine
- Pack back into hulls
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over all 8 halves
- Place in warm oven until ready to serve
