Baked Red Snapper

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 12 tsp dried thyme
• 2 cloves thinly sliced garlic
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 14 tsp crushed red pepper
• 12 c dry white wine
