Baked Rice

Ingredients
- 2 12 c water
- 5 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 c uncooked rice
- 12 cube butter
- 1 can water chestnuts cut up
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 14 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped celery
Directions
- Saute all vegetables in butter Bring the water to a boil Add chicken bouillon and 1 cup uncooked rice
- Add vegetables and pour into casserole dish
- Cook uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes at 350
