Baked Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 3 eggs beaten
- 34 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 c cooked rice
- 14 c raisins
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Scald milk in top of double boiler
- Combine beaten eggs sugar and salt in 1 12 casserole dishes
- Gradually stir in scalded milk
- Add cooked rice raisins and vanilla
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and place in oven
- Bake at 325 for 50 minutes or until set
