Baked Round Steak
Ingredients
- 2 12 lb boneless round steak
- 2 or 4 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 to 2 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 place round steak in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Spread cream of chicken soup over steak
- Shake Lipton onion soup mix over other soup
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes
- Serve over rice
