Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp fat-free margarine
- 1 c fat-free bread crumbs
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 16 oz can salmon
- egg substitute to equal 1 egg
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine margarine bread crumbs and milk
- Bring to a boil Stir in salmon egg and salt
- Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
