Baked Scallops

Ingredients
- scallops small if available or 2 lb shrimp
- clove garlic
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- paprika
- salt
- 34 c butter
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
Directions
- Crush garlic combine with softened not melted butter
- Heat until butter melts
- Add paprika and parsley
- Add scallops or shrimp
- Toss to coat
- Add salt
- Arrange scallops in baking dish sprinkle with crumbs
- Pour rest of butter over
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350
